How to Enroll

Step 1

Fill out the pre-enrollment form.

  • for OLD Student
  • for NEW Student
  • for Transferee Student

    • An email notification will be sent to you.

    Step 2

    Check your enrollment status. click the link below and search for your name.

  • Enrollment Status

    • Step 3

    Proceed with the given instruction posted in your admission status.

    Step 4

    If your admission status is "Approved", an e-mail will be sent to you indicating the Username and Password.


    Step 5

    Login to Student Portal

    Then go to enrollment tab and follow the on screen instructions.
